Terms of Service

Premium Tesla Taxi is an owner-operated service. There is a single driver and a single Tesla, so only one ride can be served at any given date and time.

Because of this, every confirmed booking blocks that exact date and time in our calendar. If another customer tries to book the same slot, the system marks it as already taken and the booking cannot be completed.

We never accept two rides for the same time. If a time you want is unavailable, please choose the next free slot or contact us to arrange an alternative.

A ride is requested through the fare calculator on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp. Your slot is held as soon as the request is submitted, and we confirm by phone or WhatsApp shortly afterwards.

Please book in advance where possible. Same-day requests are accepted subject to availability of the single vehicle.

The price shown by the fare calculator is a fixed quote for the route you entered, based on real driving distance and estimated duration.

Changing the pickup or drop-off address, adding stops, or significant waiting time may change the final fare. Tolls and parking fees, where they apply, are passed on at cost.

For standard pickups we wait up to 15 minutes free of charge; for airport pickups we wait up to 45 minutes after landing.

If the passenger does not appear and cannot be reached after that period, the ride is treated as a no-show and the fare may be charged in full.

You can cancel or move a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the pickup time. Cancelling a booking releases the time slot so other customers can book it.

Cancellations inside 2 hours may be charged up to 50% of the quoted fare, because the vehicle was reserved exclusively for you.

Seat belts are mandatory. Smoking, vaping and open alcohol are not permitted in the vehicle. Child seats can be arranged on request.

Passenger and luggage capacity is limited to what the vehicle safely allows. Excessive soiling of the interior may incur a cleaning fee.

We plan routes to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control.
