Booking details: pickup and drop-off address, date and time, number of passengers and any notes you add.

Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you provide it, your email address.

Technical data: basic server logs needed to keep the website secure and working.

To calculate your fare, confirm the ride, contact you about the pickup and keep a record of completed trips.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Card payments are processed by Square. Card numbers are entered directly into Square's secure payment form and are never stored on our servers — we only keep the payment status and amount for your booking.

Google Maps is used to calculate driving distance and duration between the addresses you enter.

Our website and database are hosted by our infrastructure providers, who process data only on our instructions.

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and customer support, then deleted.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
